We want to look after you by providing the most efficient and convenient vehicle service experience. You and all KIA owners are welcome to download the KIA CVIS app connect to your car and to the nationwide Kia dealer network that supports all your service and maintenance needs.
The KIA CVIS app provides the ability to:
- Manage your Next Service Appointment.
- Locate your nearest or preferred Kia dealer.
- Look up accurate service and maintenance pricing specific to your Kia vehicle.
- Book an appointment at a Kia dealer for a date and time that is convenient for you.
- Once your booking is made the app will remind you of your upcoming appointment.
On the day of service simply drop your vehicle off at the dealer and track progress through the KIA CVIS app.
View pictures and video of the work being carried out on your vehicle.
Received status updates that let you know how the service is progressing.
